Rigorously evaluate potential vendors and perform due diligence based on criteria such as technology type, expertise, reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. While also evaluating stage of development of technology and implementation either by field trial or full-scale deployment.
Proposal Development
Work closely with selected vendors to
- Engage in strategic negotiations with vendors to secure favourable terms and conditions
- Facilitate and manage the transfer of technology and intellectual property right from one entity to another through licensing, sale or provision of technical services.
- Develop detailed proposals, outlining technology solutions and application, pricing structures, and implementation timelines.
